Park Pavillions

The Story Lions Club provided the funding and labor to construct the pavilions at Centennial Park.

The Story Lions Club provided the materials for and built two pedestrian bridges at Centennial Park.

The Story Lions Club helped install new windows in the Banner Community Club.

Playground

Banner Community Club

The Story Lions Club purchased and installed the flagpoles at the Story Firehouse. We also purchase replacement flags every year.

The Story Lions Club orders and replaces damaged road and traffic signs. If you see a road or traffic sign in Story or Banner needing repair, please suggest it as an improvement idea.

The Story Lions Club partnered with the Sheridan County Parks Board to get a grant to fund a playground at Centennial Park.

Disc Golf Course

The Story Lions Club purchased and installed the Disc Golf Course at Centennial Park. The Course is currently ranked the 7th best course in WY by UDisc.

The Story Lions Club conducts a twice-annual Story trash pick-up. We walk the streets of Story, picking up litter and keeping our community clean.

After a vandal damaged the original Centennial Park sign, the Story Lions Club funded and built a replacement sign.

Story Lions Club Gift to Scholars

Supporting the Future

Our Gift to Scholars:

• Applicant must be a resident of either Story or Banner, WY.

• Applicant must intend to use the gift for post-secondary education, trade, or vocational school.

• Applicant must be 16 years of age or older.

• Adult learners are welcome. No upper age limit.

• Standard gift is $1500.00
